ORDERS & PURCHASING

How do I place an order?
Browse any category, select the product you want, choose your quantity, and click Add to Cart. When you are ready to check out, click the cart icon and follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment details.

You can request a change or cancellation within two hours of placing your order by contacting our support team at support@venvello.com. Once an order is processed for shipment, we are unable to make changes.

No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account gives you access to your order history, faster checkout, and early access to deals.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days within the United States. Expedited options are available at checkout. International orders may take 10 to 21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier website or on our Order Tracking page to monitor your shipment.

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Orders below that threshold are subject to standard shipping rates.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Some product categories, such as opened personal care items, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Email us at support@venvello.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a prepaid return label within one business day.

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Are the products authentic?

Yes. All products sold through VenVello, LLC are sourced from verified suppliers and meet standard quality expectations. We stand behind everything we list.

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the item and packaging immediately, then contact us at support@venvello.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Some products include a manufacturer warranty. Check the individual product listing for warranty details. In all cases, our 30-day return window provides a baseline level of protection for every purchase.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support PayPal and other payment methods available at checkout.

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and our payment processing is handled by trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
