Managing your orders and returns at VenVello is straightforward. Here is how everything works.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

How to Track an Order

After your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier tracking page. You can also log in to your account and view your order history to check the current status of any shipment.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at support@venvello.com and we will investigate on your behalf.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Order Modifications

If you need to change the shipping address, item, or quantity on an order, contact us within two hours of placing it. Once an order moves to the fulfillment stage, we are typically unable to make changes. We will do our best to accommodate requests made promptly.

To cancel an order, email support@venvello.com with your order number as early as possible. Cancellations requested before shipment receive a full refund. Cancellations after shipment must go through the standard return process.

RETURNS POLICY

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The original packaging should be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened personal care and hygiene products (e.g., facial tools, grooming accessories).
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Products that show signs of damage caused by misuse.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Step 1: Email support@venvello.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: We will respond within one business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.

Step 3: Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the return, we process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after we receive the return is 3 to 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3 to 7 days to appear on your statement.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please photograph the item and email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos in the email. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
